I've never blogged here before. I am ningqian by the way.
SYF showcase on Wednesday morning, we're performing for the year 1s (I think). Thing is, whoever we're performing for it doesn't matter, let's just do our best okay! :D Syf's so tiring, I know, but it'll be over before we know it.
Saturday's 13 hours practice is going to be INSANE, bring lots of water, food and charge your batteries and aim to be like zhengzhang. Hehe.

UPDATEEEEEE
To our dear debaters:
Great job done! Even though you guys didn't make it to the quarters, you guys still gave your very best. All the slogging on weekdays AND on weekends a
nd late nights... I think we are all aware of the amount of effort you guys have put in. And this includes everyone, including the speakers as well as the juniors. And of course the seniors who helped. Haha do the ones who come as audience with our pom poms (figurative) get thanked too?
Oh and here's a shoutout to Jeremiah: We all miss you a lot.
Now it's the seniors who need encouragement I guess, with the nearing of MIDCs. Don't stress alright, especially Ariel Tan! All will be o.k., just try your best - which you guys will obviously do.
To the SYF kids:
Hi guys. I know it's uber tiring for you guys as well... In fact perhaps more since SYF hasn't commenced exactly and you still have rehearsals and all. There has been a lot of unhappiness and worry around I think but I hope we can all work together to make things better. Truth is, I'm not exactly in sync with the exact situation so I can't say much. I just wanna say that I'm definitely going to be here by your side all through. The other seniors too! So don't give up.

UPDATE
Hey guys,
decided to update a bit since it's dying around here.
To the debaters:
I know you guys are feeling down, feeling dejected, disappointed, and everything else I may not possibly be aware of and I know we, meaning everyone else in eldds, can't really do anything to help you guys stop feeling that way. But hey, we just wanna let you know that we feel for you guys, we're here for you guys, and we still love you guys. We'll be there to cheer you guys on as usual on the third round, and you guys will do fab! Cheer up soon alright ~
To the SYF cast:
Hey you guys. I realise we seniors have been harsh towards you in our comments. I never really realised until Mr Wee said so. And even then I didn't really take it in immediately. Please please don't be discouraged by our comments. Rather, take it in and really, listen to us, and reflect on your acting. You really have to re analyse your character and learn about it all over again. Okay I'm not gonna go into repeat mode. But we seniors are really sorry if we've hurt you. Just wanna let you know we are doing this because of all the reasons we've told you and we don't mean it personal. Every one of you have so damn much potential but what you have to do now is to push yourself further so that that potential is put to full use. We want you to love acting. Acting isn't about just reading your lines or doing what you are told to do, it's about taking the role of the character and forgetting yourself for awhile - everything's him while you're onstage.
